This training may be providedfollowing two approaches, the first is to schedle a 3 day training which includes the fundamentals of the Seafood HACCP plus the hands-on practice on how to implement a Seafood HACCP. The second approach is for those who took the Segment 1 training online and want to go through the hand-on training so, they need to complete a 1  day training (the practice section of the training). Attedees wil receive a cetificate from he AFDO only after taking the pactice portion of the training.
